Electromagnetic Flow Meter
MTLD series electromagnetic flowmeter is based on the law of electromagnetic induction, according to JB/T9248-1999 standard manufacturing, used to measure the volume flow of conductive liquid in the pipeline, such as water, seawater, sewage, mud, pulp, acid, alkali, salt liquid and food slurry. It is widely used in petrochemical industry, thermal power, mining and metallurgy, coal, food, water conservancy engineering water supply and drainage, sewage treatment and other industries.
Main features of battery-powered electromagnetic flowmeter
* The measurement is not affected by changes in liquid density, viscosity, temperature, and pressure conductivity.
* The measuring tube has no moving and blocking parts, no pressure loss, no blockage, and can measure liquids containing fibers, solid particles and suspended matter.
* The instrument is sensitive and has a wide measuring range. The flow rate is 0.1~15m/s and the conductive liquid with conductivity >5μs/cm can be measured.
* The instrument adopts low frequency three-state square wave excitation technology, advanced small signal processing technology and software technology, so it has strong anti-interference and high precision.
* The instrument is not affected by the direction of liquid flow, and can be measured in both positive and negative installation, and it is convenient to install, and the straight pipe section is not high.
* The electrode and lining materials of the electromagnetic flowmeter have excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance and long life. The submersible electromagnetic flowmeter can be produced according to the special working conditions of users.
* The instrument has good impact and vibration resistance.
* The instrument cannot measure gases and non-conductive liquids.
