Electromagnetic Flow Meter
MTLD series electromagnetic flowmeter is a new generation of all-intelligent flowmeter developed by our company based on Faraday's electromagnetic induction principle. The electromagnetic flowmeter can not only measure the volume flow of conductive liquid, but also can be used to measure the volume flow of corrosive liquid such as strong acid and alkali and uniform liquid-solid two-phase suspended liquid such as mud, pulp and paper pulp.

●Independent of changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and electrical rate, the linear measurement principle can achieve high accuracy measurement;
●Free flow parts in the measuring tube, small pressure loss, low requirements of straight pipe section;
●Nominal diameter DN10-DN2000 wide coverage, lining and electrode options, can meet the requirements of measuring a variety of conductive fluids;
●The converter uses programmable frequency low frequency rectangular wave excitation to improve the stability of flow measurement and reduce power loss.
●The converter adopts 16-bit embedded microprocessor, full digital processing, fast operation speed, strong anti-interference ability, reliable measurement, high accuracy, flow measurement range up to 1500:1;
●High definition backlight LCD display, full Chinese menu operation, easy to use, simple operation, easy to learn and understand;
●RS485 or RS232O digital communication signal output;
●It has the function of conductivity measurement, which can determine whether the sensor is empty, and has the function of self-test and self-diagnosis.
●SMD device and surface mount (SMT) technology, high circuit reliability;
●It can be used for corresponding explosion-proof occasions.
